Could you give those of us who are not familiar with the founders of this blog a little bit of background on its origins?
When I first saw it I thought it was a little ambitious to put up twitter, facebook, etc... around a blog with two entries (at least it had two when I got blocked).
I noticed this today as well. I've also seen word about a Regional Technology RFP/RFQ that's available but haven't been able to find it on any of the resources (private or otherwise). Anyone know where it's available?

The Power of 32 is supposed to be spearheading a major social media campaign. I've heard things here and there. It pops up on my radar every so often. I'm supportive of the concept. But the execution thus far might be best described as a train wreck. One doesn't generate the necessary public buy-in by operating in stealth mode.

I haven't heard anything about the Regional Technology RFP/RFQ, but you might ask PittsburghToday's John Craig.
I wonder why Taylor County, WV wasn't invited for a "Power of 33"? It's right between Power of 32 counties Harrison and Preston... and is part of the Clarksburg Micropolitan Area (Clarksburg is in Harrison). Doesn't the Int'l Mother's Day Shrine in Grafton count for anything?
Apparently the Power of 32 or even 33 isn't greater than the ineptitude of 1.
So...
...If the grant was funded in May, and has 2 years of funding, and they are still working out the bugs on their inclusiveness profile...
...How long will they have to, y'know, DO stuff after they decide who they're gonna include in the scope?
I need to figure out how to get me one of these grants...
